Precision #1's Process

1. Request a Consultation
Fill out a contact form on our website or give us a call.

2. Project Consultation - In Person

We will meet at your house for the Initial Project Consultation.

We will perform a Siding, Windows and Roof Inspection to determine where installation and replacement is needed.

Next, We will take 8 pictures of your home from various vantage points. These pictures may be used in our measuring and design software.

After the Siding, Windows & Roof Inspection, we will sit down with you to discuss what is important to you and your project goals.

We will schedule a date & time to review your Design Plan, Scope of Work and a Comprehensive Proposal. (Option – In Person if needed or email)

3. Specifications Development

Precision #1 will prepare a Design Plan, Scope of Work and a Comprehensive Proposal. This should take 24 – 48 hours.

After the project specs are completed, we will call you to review your Proposal.

4. Proposal Review – In Person, if requested.

We will meet at your home to look over your proposal and fine tune the Design Plan & Scope of Work together.

Next, we will review the contract of the finalized project specifications and pricing.

Once signed, we will schedule a Pre-Construction Meeting & Project Start Date.
